Job Title: Managing Director
Role Description: Stephen is our Managing Director, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business with a particular focus on sales training. With a wealth of experience in large technology and telecom businesses, Stephen leads by example, guiding our team towards success and ensuring our operations run smoothly.
Previous Experience: Stephen brings a rich background in working with prominent technology and telecom businesses, where he honed his expertise in sales training and operational management.
Fun Fact/Hobbies: Outside of work, Stephen prioritizes spending quality time with his family, creating cherished memories together. Despite his love for the sport, Stephen humorously admits to being terrible at golf, finding enjoyment in the challenge nonetheless.
Simon
Name: Simon Swann
Job Title: Technical Director
Role Description: Simon is our Technical Director, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to our technical operations. With a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of complex systems, he leads our technical teams in driving innovation and maintaining the highest standards of excellence.
Previous Experience: Simon's journey includes 12 years of service in the Royal Marines specializing in communications, honing his skills in demanding environments. Following his military service, he spent 8 years as the Head of Technical for a large corporate firm, where he further developed his leadership and technical acumen.
Fun Fact/Hobbies: Beyond the boardroom, Simon is an avid gym enthusiast, channelling his disciplined mentality into fitness pursuits. He also adores spending time with his family and creating fond memories together.
Chris
Name: Chris Darwin
Job Title: Account Manager
Role Description: Our Account Manager Chris has a passion for building lasting client relationships and a knack for identifying opportunities. Chris has a strategic approach to enable solutions to meet our client’s needs, ensuring their satisfaction and our long-term partnership. Being passionate and enthusiastic about encouraging the team to meet certain standards through a variety of different avenues, Chris is passionate about providing the best customer experience possible.
Previous Experience: Chris has a wealth of knowledge after working in Management for over 8 years. He is well known for his friendly approach with getting to know customers on a personal basis and gets to know customers wants and needs whilst being adaptable to achieve these. From his experience in previous roles, he has valuable insight and lessons that he can bring in to his role as our Account Manager, enabling him to deliver exceptional results and drive sustainable business growth.
Fun Fact/Hobbies: Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family and his son, also occasionally down the bingo hall. His biggest passion is playing football and wouldn’t have it any other way .
Liam
Name: Liam Bethell
Job Title: Senior Telemarketer

As the first point of contact, Liam helps create a positive impression of our company and contributes significantly to its ongoing success.

Liam brings a wealth of telemarketing experience, enabling him to effectively train and coach team members with less experience, helping to elevate the overall team performance.
Fun Fact/Hobbies:
Outside of work, Liam enjoys spending time with his family and staying active at the gym. He recently rekindled his passion for football and now plays on Saturdays—though he often feels the effects of the game come Monday morning!
